|Recommended: Yes360 — I've been living here for close to 3 years and the previous owner or management never did anything to help when issues arrived but this new manager Allen is on his shit . I appreciate everything he has done and continues to do .

|Recommended: YesHome for 10 years — Lived here for 10 plus years, with that said...there have been quite a few hiccups in the multiple management teams and owners. I like my apartment, it has everything I need. A backyard where I can have all the plants, a washer dryer and space enough for me and my daughter. Electricity is separate from base rent, but still good. There have been many issues with water and the chiller system Neighbors are decent enough until recently. It's an apartment...so expectations should be as that. By no means luxury. But nowhere near the worst either I have never had a bug issue And can overlook most of the small things. We have new owners and they have stated improvements are coming. Guess we will just wait and see.
